Mike and I picked the first overnight stop at the luxurious Economy Inn in Tonopah. As Dawn said, it's called Economy for a reason. I shared my bed with a flea circus!
The next morning we visited the Mizpah in Tonopah and then the El Capitan in Hawthorne, where we ran into some fellow chippers on their way to Reno, also.
Dawn had picked our second night's overnight stay. She picked the Gold Hill Hotel near Virginia City. It's a small hotel that was built in the late 1800's, but it has several houses nearby that are part of it. We rented the Gray House down the hill.
We headed into Virginia City just in time to have dinner before EVERYTHING in town closed up for the night.
Since the town of was dead, we created our own party back at the Gray House.
This morning, the fridge is empty! 
We have had one unsettling event happen in the house (which is believed to be haunted) when a domino appeared from nowhere in the kitchen and fell to the floor. It's not a modern domino either!!! We'll see if we have anything happen tonight!
