Dick, yes -- that is true. But Delivery Confirmation is a good cheap compromise when you don't feel you need insurance (in the long run, for inexpensive items), but are satisfied with DC, which most of the time discourage anyone from lying that he didn't receive the item. And DC will help you with PayPal -- Seller Protection Policy thing. ...... .......
