() Monte's Ideal Bar is shiny silver foil covered. I'm assuming this was the Ideal Club listed in TGT as open in the 1950's.
Gem Bar is the same place as as in the first scan but now owned by Steve and Ed, not Pete... and they have a telephone!
Virginia Bar in Reno was nice enough to put the owners' names on it. TGT shows it only open during the War years of 1942-45. Maybe Dan was called up for service? I like the cowboy comments on the inside [g].
The Wagon Wheel Bar in Reno operated on Commerical Row opposite the SP depot and had a Cowboy Band. TGT shows them only open in 1949-51. What do you suppose the Flaming Forest was... a mural maybe?
