Thanks for the additional info on this Dawn! I'll keep my eyes open for the TV rerun shows on haunted places around Nevada. I'd noticed them when they were showing but failed to realize that Nevada was the subject. Not a ghost junkie but I would be interested in learning more of the history aspect of various places.

As for staying at the Goldfield Hotel, you might have to bring a tent! Seems a couple of years have gone by since some dreamer was going to renovate the place. Actually , you can see some sheetmetal ducting and such stashed inside but it hasn't been touched since it showed up that 2 years ago. The fellow was going to have an airstrip and you could stay at the Hotel and ...well... um, there wasn't going to be anything else in his plan. So there you'd be in Goldfield. Geez, you could pay $120 a night to stay at Tonapah Station and have the run of their slot casino or perhaps the bright lights of Pahrump and Heidi Fleiss's place beckon. I like the place just as it sits and there are some neat old Datsun "Art Cars" just down the block behind a fence and the Mozart Bar looks pretty Kick A** just kitty-corner.
