I believe you are bringing up an even bigger issue as it relates to copyright infringment. I am not saying that what you are doing is for certain an infrungement, but are you convinced that what is printed in TCR (about the copyright) is not being violated by what you are doing?

Again, I do not know, but I suspect we are about to have an enlightening dialogue here.
