Big swings on eBay - Lows & Highs

Anyone have any words of wisdom regarding the huge price discrepancies on eBay chips? For example, a $25 SILVER SLIPPER/HOTEL LAST FRONTIER WESTERN VILLAGE chip (TCR# N1648) recently sold for $25.01 plus $2.25 shipping !

Because the entire rack got out about a year
