Engineers Club bldg is now an Orthodox Synagogue
In Response To: Re: Engineer's Club address ()

I went to 117 Remsen today -- it is a very well-to-do brownstone building block, just a block from downtown Brooklyn's courts and government buildings and subways. And a very short block from Montague St with its shopping. There are three small synagogues on that Remsen St. block, 117 being one of them (and quite orthodox). I went at night but doubt there is any plaque for the Engineers Club, but I'll look another time, and if there is one, I'll report it.
