Archie, I don't disagree with you...

entirely, however, I'm not ready to toss out the baby with the bath water. I have LONG stood against knock-offs of real chips and in this instance I hold that same position, but I disagree as to the genesis of their creation. Not that that makes them OK, but it does not paint a real picture to imply that ChipTalk is nothing but money grubbing knock-off artists, and that it has a corner on the market for such actions.

While I will also agree that this stuff does go on all the time at ChipTalk.net, I do not believe that it is the only thing that goes on there and even within our own dominion, we have members that also produce similar stuff. (Having said "stuff", dare I use the "B" word?... The one that rhymes with Shiite, rather than being spelled like it? vbg )

Anyway, in retrospect, it would have been a great question to pose to the Keynote speaker at this year's Convention, but we have missed that opportunity, but I wonder if those who were involved in the invite still have the access to make an inquiry? However, the last time I passed a copyright infringement advisement to a casino executive, I heard nothing back. Perhaps the jury is still out, and time will tell.

Respectfully,

Jim
