I received my copy from another collector and it includes 7 supplemental pages, one of which includes the Royal Hotel Casino NCV that you have. All of the supplemental pages are in color, printed on one side, do not include a value, but otherwise follows the format of the book, to include being part of the spiral binding.

Yours appears to be aluminum (silver tone) while the supplemental page has a description of anodized gold aluminum and 40mm. I will also add that mine is gold toned aluminum.
