I know that Win Cards doesn't do less than 1000 chips for a promotion. I'm guessing around 10,000. There are a couple casinos who are over the 25,000+ chip range.

BTW there should be one more Las Vegas Casino that hasn't been mention that should be getting Wincard chips. When I told about the Hard Rock getting Wincards he also mention another casino.
