How does a casino get the colors of the inserts in their chips. Looking at the variety of patterns and colors that were used in the new H&C chips made for the Tropicana Express and the new House chips for Harrah's Laughlin started me thinking about this. Do casino's request what they want and then Nevada Gaming approve, or are they assigned? Who keeps them from duplicating a pattern that a different casino is using, say in Reno or somewhere else?
