If you say you won't combine shipping, then ship each item separately. It's what you said you were going to do. If you want to ship in a combined package, then discount for combined shipping. Saying you won't combine shipping and then shipping in one package is a bit dishonest. I believe Wayne Delia won when he complained about it to ebay, and had some of his shipping costs reduced.
