Even the concentric circles question is open to question, but as many (including me) do collect them as varieties, I'd say two catalog numbers with same color.

I don't think anyone has brought this up before, but the coin centers are really two separate coins welded together. It's certainly possible to have one chip with a smooth inlay on one side, circled on the other. Then what number do you give it? [g]
