I just don’t know why, but when I decided to get into the movie business I never thought about play or won’t play. I thought everything just worked, that is just like me to think that. The ones I tested worked in our TV combo, our entertainment center and on my computer, but I did not test each DVD. You are the 3rd DVD that will not play, If you get a chance to play it on some friends players please let me know the outcome. If it does not play on any of them I think the DVD is bad and I will send you one of the same. The DVD-R's that I sent are for 93% of players. If the one you have works in other players I will send you the different one a (DVD+R) to see if that works in yours. Or a full refund. Please let me know what to do.

If it does not work on any player please send it back for me to test and I will pay for the shipping.
