Fort McDowell seems to be the place to have auditions for reality shows in the Phoenix area. This poster is in the hallway between the casino and the exit to the hotel and conference center where they hold the auditions. People where lining up four hours before the auditions started at 5PM so the poor hopefuls were getting roasted in the 110 degree heat. Well it shows they are motivated I guess.
