I just won an item from someone on Ebay and they charged me $10.40 for postage to the UK for 2 chips!
Have complained about it and now waiting on a response.
I think some of these sellers think that a buyer from overseas has no idea of the costing from the U.S.

Anything from $1 to $3 is the norm.
