Charles is absolutely correct... Jack is an outstanding guy! I know this could have been resolved privately, if only you had politely expressed your dissatisfaction, instead of instantly hurling accusations, then publicly posting his address and private emails! You should immediately delete any post you've made showing his address, then apologize to Jack and the readers of this board... although the damage has been done.
