I also got this "Fun Book for Downtown Las Vegas" and the Laughlin items. As I recall, the red plastic card was an early slot club card for the Golden Nugget, Laughlin. The "24 KT Bonus Ticket" was also part of the Golden Nugget slot program. I do not know what the Sam's Town, Gold River (Laughlin) ticket stub was used for. Please feel free to let me know.

The Fun Book is interesting in that it was issued by the El Cortez. There are coupons inside for food, match play and KENO for various Jackie Gaughan, Downtown properties including the El Cortez, the Western, the Gold Spike, the Las Vegas Club and the Union Plaza. Interestingly enough, there was a "Free Souviner" coupon for the Golden Nugget. The back page includes a map of Las Vegas that points out all the Downtown properties and also the Gold Coast and Barbary Coast.
