I picked these up at an antique mall. The Nevada Club, Ramada Express and Golden Nugget (Laughlin) are perforated with dates of 1987, 1989 and 1989 respectively. The Sahara (Las Vegas) "Fun Spree" is perforation dated 1987 and the other two books (Sahara and Hacienda) are undated.

The undated Sahara book only contains coupons for blackjack. There are ten (10), bet $2 and win $3 on even money bets for "21" or "Big 6" coupons. The Hacienda book is detailed in a follow-up post.
