The question then becomes

Why the secon set of chips. The origional boat only sailed 39 times at which time the casino was open. So the chips that were ordered were either to replace the current rack or to sail a second ship in another port somewhere else in the state (or even outside the state). 1995 was just the beginning of the surge of casino boats in Floirda so a second boat is not out of the question. Thus for whatever reason the boat sunk (I have my own theories) they used the chipco's on the second boat they sailed. I do know this because I sailed on both ships the first boat solo the second with Bob Ginsburg. Thus the chips I used and took off I know were used.
