Wyoming isn't quite my area of expertise, being a bit outside the great "Pacific Northwest" (sorry, Mark ). However, I do believe that both chips were from the same club, a long-running operation in Jackson. Wyoming, like most western states over the decades, had its own way of enforcing its gambling laws. In their case, it usually involved "looking the other way". Western states, with a few exceptions, have been rather lax regarding gambling laws through the decades.
