First of all, I would like to thank Greg, Bill, Ross and Pam for their helpful suggestions. I appreciate your taking the time to assist.
Next, Ricky, we need to talk. I think the best way to handle this would be over the phone. Please e-mail me with your phone number and a good time to call and I am confident we can resolve this over the phone. You will want to have access to the computer with the symptoms.
The problem was with the Privacy Service of the McAfee software that is offered by Comcast Cable (my internet provider). I discovered this during some extensive tinkering. When I disabled McAfee's privacy service, the chipboard would load instantly. So, I opened a chat with a McAfee technician. They suggested several things to try, but none worked. Finally I suggested and tried a re-install of their products. That did the trick.
It is still peculiar to me that the only site that was affected is the chipboard (and only since it moved to the new server). Oh well...I am just happy to be back in business 
. Having to wait a minute for a site to load up might not seem real long...but while you are waiting, it seems like forever.
