You are so right. The postal workers are so confused everywhere. I'm using this route and will back up if there is any postal dues on it. I think I will have a very high non-postal due. Rose I do not take these into the PO. I mail them myself and see what happens. I have a digital scale and can confirm the weight. I can assure you when they lift the envelope they will not question the closeness of the 1 ounce. The most important part is that you fit it to the right size of the evnvelope and make sure its nice and smooth. Thats what they are looking for, well some of them.
