Look for Cro-nel. It is better than the corrugated stuff because when wrapped around a chip and put in an envelope, it is still thinner than the 1/4 inch. I can put 2 chips in cro-nel, put it in a small envelope and mail it for 41c. I can mail 3 chips in it for 58c.
