That's the same end point I got to after buying quite a few of these and selling one to Tim. The hearing for a license was withdrawn and I have no clue why/when/how these chips were made AND if they were actually made for this casino. The chip is NOT in the California books! I am sceptical of it being listed as connected with the casino in cash/coin connection's listings!
