Sunday night I went up to visit my Brother in the Hospital he had been taken out of ICU and into a Private room!
Around 8PM on my way out of the room I said now quit F'n around and get outta here he Laughed and said No Sh*t !
Around 9 pm I recieved a call from my niece Kym she said things have taken a bad turn?? I was dumbfounded I had just left there and we were laughin and jokin??
she said that he was having trouble breathing and they took him right back to ICU , His Lungs had filled up with fluid and they said he had another heart attack so Me and Dena hurried up and got into the car and went back down to see what was the problem when we got there Doctor's & Nurses were in and out of the room where Dave was they had to intibate him again and put him in a paralyzed state (this was not easy to watch for me) I asked the Doctor should I call the family to get down here ? He said Not to get excited he is stable and the Vent is doing its job he didnt forsee anything happening right away so Me & Dena sat there till the wee hours of the morning and much to our surprise the Doctor came out and said Dave is doing ALOT better now so we should go home and call in the Morning ( another sleepless night) as of today he is doing much better they had to put a IVC Filter in to prevent any Blood Clot's from traveling to his lungs & Heart but being the Stuborn SOB my Brother is he is alert and responding very well to Doctors & Nurses instructions!*vbg* So All I can say is JEEZ Dear Lord can ya find it in your heart to give the Shoop Family a break on this one cause this little Guy (Nolan) wants to see his Grandpa soon!!!
