() This site is called the Chip Board.
It's a gathering place for people to discuss casino related subjects.
It's also a place to discuss anything else one might want to.
But, because it's called the Chip Board, it just seems to me to be common curtesy to put NCR when the subject is not chip related.
Just my opinion.
