I just got back from the P.O. and found that sending 7 chips in a bubble mailer cost $1.64 now. It was $1.11 for the 3.5 oz. The flat rate envelope for priority is now $4.60 instead of $4.05. Two chips in a regular envelope with a little padding is $.97 when it used to be $.63. The only pleasant surprise is that 1 chip to Canada is $.69 when I was expecting it to be over a buck.
