Coin Guys...Some Help Please grin

I like to collect Nevada Club things and ran across this eBay auction for an 1881 silver dollar from Nevada Club Reno: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=010&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=200105927552&rd=1&rd=1 (Copy and Paste)

The sellers informs that "Fitzgerald had these silver dollars "tumbled" to give them a distinctive appearance."

Tumbled? Whatzat? vbg I certainly don't have the chops to quibble about anything in his auction that pertains to coins and everything seems straightforward otherwise. Estimate $80? Sold for $40. Any discussion about this item would be welcome, help a coin-ignorant chipper out! Thanks.
