This is somewhat ironic. The person that was originaly awarded that chip was also someone that complained that an individual would not deal with him (among other reasons). Now Chuck is giving it when the shoe is on the other foot. It is a situation when a person complains and is downright nasty because someone decides to do business elswhere.
