You have a stellar reputation as an NIS and otherwise. The fact that only one minor customer chose to go elsewhere after you announced your price increase is a testimonial to your service. And, if the one loss was more trouble than he was worth, then you should feel pretty good. Remember that new chippers come to this board all of the time, often as lurkers. You are essentially advertising for your service with every post. How do you want them to view your service? Just a thought.
