You do not even know who your customers are. We're not all rich, retired, men living the good life in Vegas, but we still love to collect chips.

Now I've got a question for you. Is you NIS service a hobby or business?? You seem to be so worried about making a profit, and yet it appears that you do not need the money.

Do you love the hobby, or the money more? It seems that a great NIS provider would care more about helping the hobby rather than padding his wallet. I am confused because I didn't think you were that type of guy. I have seen you give people some great deals. (The HR Ozzy dog chips for example), but now you are complaining about only making $1.84 on a chip.
