This chip from Aruba is about 25 years old according to the reference book. I first visited Aruba in 1997 and have been collecting chips from that island since then. I finally saw this hard to find chip on ebay in a group of 3 other chips that were meaningless to me and won it. The seller was not a "chipper" and mailed it in an envelope with 2 flimsy pieces of cardboard around the 4 chips.
The other 3 chips in the auction were fine. Just my luck. Fortunately the package was insured so we are going thru the Pain In The A** process of getting my money back. A mere $0.50 for a padded envelope would have prevented this whole mess!
Hopefully it won't take another 10 years to find this chip for my collection!
