As long as I don't have my terms mixed, "coin" aligned means if you were to hold your chip between your thumb and index finger at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions and then flip (spin) the chip once, the otherside should then appear upright.

For "medal" aligned, holding the chip at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions will produce the same result.
