They attribute it to the Costa Cruises FLAVIA (1969 - 1982) There are two chips that look very much alike, with the only difference I can see is that one might be orange and the other red. Or, one is more worn than the other.

They are valued at "H" or "I", which is $30 - $39, or $40 - $49. The catalog is from 2003 and I don't know how current these prices are. Could be accurate, or, just as likely much lower or somewhat higher, depending who found what and sold it on eBay since 2003.
