NOTICE OF REDEMPTION As of April 17th, 2007, Aladdin Resort & Casino is changing its name to PLANET HOLLYWOOD RESORT & CASINO. In accordance with Nevada Gaming Regulation 12.070, all outstanding chips and tokens bearing the name of Aladdin Resort & Casino will be redeemed at face value at the Main Cashier Cage at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, 3667 Las Vegas Blvd South in Las Vegas, Nevada. After August 17, 2007, chips and tokens bearing the name Aladdin Resort & Casino will be of no value.

NOTICE OF CHIP REDEMPTION Pursuant to State Gaming Control Regulation 12.070, the Gold Dust West - Carson City is discontinuing all of its Pinon Plaza gaming chips ($.25, $1, $5, $25, and $100) and $1 gaming tokens. These chips & tokens can be redeemed at the Gold Dust West - Carson City, 2171 US Highway 50 East, Carson City, Nevada prior to the 30th day of June, 2007. Thereafter, the above - described chips will not be honored.
