Is the inquiring mind serious?
Well, it's luck of the draw, I guess. I've had good and bad rooms at both places. The 4 Queens mini suites were actually nice- mirrors on the wall, a nice (dry) bar setup, couch, partititoning, etc.
The Plaza suite (no pun intended) from last time had, aside from the bedbugs, air conditioning that didn't work, a broken remote, a light fixture that blew up when I hit the switch (that was pretty cool)...and bedbugs.
BUT the standard rooms at the 4 Qns are subpar...good if all you want is a bed and an ashtray. If you're going to try the 11pm check-in and wind up on the 19th floor, the rooms are nicer.
The bugs I saw only at the Plaza. *bug*

I have a couple of good Plaza stories for ya, but they're not going public.....
