I met a person in LV last year who said these were given to high rollers as a way of saying, "thanks for playing" and were never used in a machine He seemed to know what he was talking about, afte all he WAS at LOV IT CUSTARD STAND, said he had a small quantity. Of course I tried to buy them but he never called me back. I think in the $30 to $40 range is about right!
