A few years ago, this topic came up on the chip board. Based on a recommendation from some now forgotten chipper, I acquired the black light shown below. For me it is perfect. It works well at home and I can bring it with me to the convention, or flea market, or wherever. I purchased it from an on-line search (not sure where). If interested, I am certain you can find them via google.

Just thought I would shar another option for your consideration.
