The logo on your die is from the Park Tahoe in Stateline NV. The casino was open for about a year and became the Caesars Tahoe in 1980.

Since you have a Las Vegas location logo on another side and two times (!) the Henry Ecky logo, I assume that this die was used to test the logo stamping machine. Such culls do not have much value since they were never used in a casino ($1/die).
