Ok not related to chips but I thought I'd post this and get everyone's opinion about the following auction located at:

An ashtray which the seller describes as "This is a great Laughlin Casino ashtray from the EXCALIBUR Casino". In the title and the actual description of the item they clearly use the word Laughlin Casino and they don't refer to it actually being from Las Vegas only that they are going to post other Las Vegas ashtrays.

In my humble opinion this seller is clearly being deceptive and the auction is clearly in violation of eBay's Terms of Use. In my 29 years of collecting casino chips I don't remember there ever being a casino in Laughlin named Excalibur.

What is everyone else's opinion.
