Its plain and simple. Any kind of Bubble wrap packages no longer fall under the envelope category. So what you have said below is what people are going try and do. Our packages will fall under retail parcels.

This could mean "put your chip in a plastic flip to streamline it and tape the plastic to the envelope or insert".

As you stated above this is what people may have to do for one chip. Its still going to cost more. I dont trust that way to send chips. Not sure what I may do.
