There was not enough interest by senators to ask for a roll-call to have their votes go on record. In effect no one cared - Democrats or Republicans because to them it wasn't an issue. Senators only play poker in live games, not on-line like real people.

It's not a Hillary thing, it's an Arrogance-In-Government thing. Bummer!
