represented Allstate, I found their service to be quite good with prompt proper claims settlements. I've remained a policy holder with them for 50+ years. Last year I clipped a large truck in a parking lot--no damage to the truck bumper--scrapes to my car...but given what tin costs to repair had a $2,500+ claim. Allstate at first would not pay for a side panel replacement but after conferring with the repair firm paid it in full (less my deductible of course). I remain a satisfied ALLSTATE customer...but as Rich says...file a complaint.
