I was tooling about on ebay, and saw a sale for a Caesars Atlantic City Ashtray. It says for a 1970s era (may have been), but the seller makes two statements I found curious.

It is a Caesars 'Palace' Atlantic City tray-I thought that only Las Vegas had a 'Palace'. But more interesting, this ashtray has been in an attic for 40 yrs. Was there a Caesars in atlantic City 40 years ago? Hmmm.

With some of the extreme things on ebay, this is by no means a big deal, but just tickled my fancy. The first casino I ever went into was Caesars in Atlantic City.
