I too have witnessed such a thing
In Response To: Rick Miner & A Thought... ()

I have told this story here before but I think it is appropriate to share again now.

A former coworker of mine had custody of his grand daughter who was four years old at the time. One weekend she fell ill and they took her to the ER and by the next day they had diagnosed her with Lymphoma. They did surgery the very next day and the little girl was so full of cancer, the surgeons closed her back up and gave her four to six weeks to live.

That same day, prayer chains started up all over the country thanks in large part to the Internet. One week after the surgery a MRI was done and the doctors could see no trace of the cancer that had ravaged this little girls body. The doctors had no medical explanation! The decsion was then made to start chemotherapy treatment which was a LOT for a little girl to endure. But ten years later that little girl is still alive and the memories of her illness have long faded, except for grandma and greandpa, they still remember it all to well!

I wouldn't have believed this could happen but I saw it with my own two eyes! So I believe if it is God's will, a person can be saved through the power of prayer!

Cheers!
Bill
