I agree that you have every right to offer to buy chips at face, and to do what you want with them. Having said that I think someone has to stand up for Andy and his right to ask you what you intended to do with them. Many of us here on this board, have given away chips or sold them way below market, to help our fellow chippers and to promote the hobby. That is not to say I wish to provide discounted chips for someone to go make a few bucks on ebay with. Andy's question was legitimate.
