Yes, the "&" (ampersand) is the problem

It is a "special character" used for cross-platform interoperbility, it is a special command line character, and the list goes on and on. I would try replacing it with an "_" (underscore) or a "-" (hyphen); remove the double quotes first of course.

It is best to stick with a thru z and 0 thru 9 in your filename naming convention.
