well i like to get to know them first and feel them out and the same for them once they feel comfortable with u then i let the sleeves go away. so its not such a shock. never have i had a bad thing said to me or the office after they know what im about. but what if i just went sleevless. im sure there would be a different opinion if they did not know me and saw me with the tats. but i do keep reasonable tats on the right side due to the fact of parents seeing thewm. i dont want blood and guts on the side they see just my choice
