yes it is. BJUT we got mailers from Hooters last week for 2 free all u can eat rib dinners at the new (Dan) Marino's joint at Hooters. $40 dinner for free, I figured what could it hurt. That was one of the best dinners I have had out here. I have never seen that much meat on some babybacks LMAO! Gina and I were very pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
